You know
The priority is clear.
You are not searching for a new strategy every week. You can identify a specific outcome that matters to the business now.
Founder Momentum · six-session cohort
You end the week tired. You answered the emails, solved the problems, kept everything moving, and still did not make meaningful progress on the one priority that matters. Founder Momentum gives you the structure, focus, and candid accountability to change that.
Founding cohort: six virtual sessions · 4–6 founders · $495 · planned for November 2026
The problem
You can name the important work. It is the proposal, launch, hiring decision, sales process, operating system, or overdue project that would create meaningful progress.
But client needs, team questions, inboxes, and small fires keep winning. The priority survives on the list while your week disappears underneath it.
Founder Momentum closes the gap between knowing and doing.
You know
You are not searching for a new strategy every week. You can identify a specific outcome that matters to the business now.
You need
The work keeps losing to urgency, avoidance, overcommitment, or the lack of a structure that makes follow-through visible.
You will
You want candid accountability, will report honestly, and are willing to adjust based on what the evidence shows.
One important distinction
That is a strategy problem, not an accountability problem. Groundwork's Market Clarity Program is designed to determine which problem, decision, or direction deserves execution before you commit more effort to it.
How it works
Each session turns the big outcome into a specific next move, then uses the following week to learn what actually advances it.
01
Choose one measurable six-session outcome and establish the starting point.
02
Name the action that matters now, the completion standard, and the date.
03
Return with complete, incomplete, or changed, and bring the evidence behind it.
04
Identify the real constraint, protect the next priority, and repeat.
What the sessions include
This is not a motivational check-in or a room full of status updates.
Join the waitlistA measurable outcome. You start with a result that can be observed, not “work on marketing” or “be more consistent.”
A focused weekly commitment. Each commitment connects directly to the outcome and has a clear definition of done.
Candid peer perspective. A small confidential room helps expose avoidance, false constraints, and the stories founders tell themselves when the work gets uncomfortable.
Facilitated problem-solving. Liz keeps the conversation tied to action, evidence, ownership, and the next useful decision.
A documented trail. You leave with a record of commitments, completion, learning, and progress, not six weeks of pleasant conversation.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a seat. Application does not guarantee acceptance. Complete cancellation and transfer terms are provided before payment.
Questions founders ask
Founder Momentum is a virtual, six-session founder accountability group. Each founder chooses one measurable business outcome, makes focused weekly commitments, and uses the group for structure, candid accountability, and follow-through.
It is for founders and business owners at any stage who already know the problem or priority they need to move and want disciplined support executing it. Revenue and company stage do not determine eligibility.
Founder Momentum is for founders who know what deserves focus but are not consistently executing it. Market Clarity is for founders who first need to determine which problem, decision, or strategic direction deserves commitment.
Founding-cohort tuition is $495 per founder for six virtual sessions. Payment is requested only after acceptance and confirmation of the final cohort schedule.
The cohort is planned to begin the week of November 2, 2026. Applicants select every recurring meeting window they can attend, and the final six dates and time are confirmed before payment.
You decide how many of your purchased sessions you use. Missed sessions do not receive a refund, credit, or private makeup session.
